BIG WEEK AHEAD – (HOPEFULLY)
As you will know progress has been slower than we had wanted, mainly due to the data crash at GCC.
However things are progressing. We had a good meeting with ACAS last week.
We hope to finish off the MOU this week or next
As you know we intend to process the offers electronically this time which means, as far as possible, we need an email address for you.
As this is a data issue we have to comply with GDPR and that means verifying your email. The claimant side have built a portal for this and we hope to go live this week – again if possible.
We will be doing a post about this as soon as we are ready to go and letters will then be sent with instructions.
The final piece will be GCC getting HMRC approval – sadly out of our hands.
