Apologies for the
slight delay in this update but the claimant team had an initial meeting with the council representatives last week.
Sadly there’s not a lot of detail to report as it was very much a planning meeting.
However we have programmed weekly meetings from next week (still folk on holiday this week)
There is also a first meeting with the tribunal set for 26th which is also likely to be a planning meeting.
How much we will be able to report back is one of the topics for discussion.
The first phase of discussions will be on the pre 2018 claims still live. This comprises several very distinct groups with different “complications” which is why it will take some time to discuss.
Please believe me when I say these issues are not always straightforward but I can’t go into the details.
Nevertheless this was a good first step. But patience will be required.
