OFFER DAY – JULY 3RD

I can confirm that we have, this evening, received the offer data from the council.

This all needs to be checked, and then turned into individual documents together with all the necessary materials to create electronic offer packs.

As I explained in the previous post – to produce 20000 separate offer packs and upload them to docu-serve is going to take several days.

This all has to be done by Karl, pretty much on his own, so its a major task.

He has informed all the reps that the offer packs will be ready and sent next monday – 3rd July.

For the few people who have no email or need written packs these will take much longer and will be sent the week commencing 10th July, although as they will be posted they wont be received until a few days later. But 99% of people will have electronic offers and they will go out next week.

For the avoidance of doubt – we will not be able to disclose the amount of the offers in advance – so please DO NOT ring asking for your offer amounts. All will be revealed next week.
